The heated pool was the highlight of my trip. We had a sea view and a confy bed. The bath was clean.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a good variety of food options for breakfast and dinner.

There were some disappointing aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, with dirty floors and dusty furniture.

The hotel has a wonderful panorama cafe and restaurant in the 17th floor, as well an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool. In the case of rainy weather there is also a spa centre. My room was a flashback to the 80thies, but I liked it, because it reminded me of my childhood. The breakfast and the dinner were perfect, though the tables could be cleaner.

We had an enjoyable stay at a well-located hotel with easy access to the beach. the room was comfortable with clean bedding, towels, and toiletries provided. A delicious breakfast with lots of options was served every morning. the hotel offered great facilities, including a large swimming pool perfect for a refreshing swim on hot days. the view from the balcony was amazing and provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding area.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, which made the summer nights a bit uncomfortable.

It's very cheap, good breakfast, not far from sea and market street. Realy it's a center of Albena

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and it was quite affordable. the food was actually decent and the beds were comfortable. the location was good, close to the beach and the main street, with a nice view from the room.

The experience was not great. the staff was unresponsive and we had to wait for ages to check-in.

The only reason I rebooked the hotel is that for the given period there was nothing else available at the resort. The alternative was to strand on the beach...

Location and breakfast

It's a "soviet building", with dark and old rooms. In the balcony there were bird nests. There was no air-condition system, and believe me it was needed.

i had taken my small yorkshire terrier shaina and had not problems she was allowed any where although she is a very good dog and i enjoyed my visit and was able to relax and enjoy my break beause of it i will be going again.i just hope no other dog goes and spoils it for us

rooms small and dark - no air conditioner so swelteringly hot - dirty and old furniture in room and bathroom. do noy think any englih families would be happy with the rooms at this hotel .we left early.
